We had Madelyn's well check appointment this morning and other than a bad case of yeast diaper rash, she looks great! Tears were shed when the nurses or doctor got too close, but other than that she was happy. About the yeast rash, this past weekend in Ohio Maddy's tush flared up really bad. Up until that point, we assumed it was a diaper rash but then it quit responding to the diaper cream. The doc agreed that it looked pretty awful and chose to swab for strep (which was negative) and then decided it was just yeast. We are hoping with continued treatment, it should go away by the end of the week. She had 1 shot and doesn't go back until she is 2 years old!
