Well we never thought it would happen (well not really, but it feels like it's taken forever) ...Kensley is finally getting teeth! This past weekend we noticed a little white peeking through along with a sharp little tooth poking through Kensley's gums (bottom left). Since then, we've noticed that the bottom right is showing signs of a new little tooth as well. Kensley has been quite the trooper and hasn't been overly bothered by the new teeth (at least not as bad as we expected her to be). She's had a little trouble with her naps and her gums are pretty sensitive...she is battling with wanting to chew on everything and then crying/fussing when it hurts her. We're hoping that she still continues to sleep well at night and the teeth don't interrupt her 12 hour slumber! As soon as those little suckers pop through, we'll post a picture of her new toothy grin!
In other news, Kensley "graduated" from the school of shrimp (I thank Jeremy for that joke). Kensley's swim lessons are officially over, complete with a personalized certificate. We really enjoyed them and think we'll probably do another class in the fall/winter.

Last Sunday, Jeremy celebrated his first Father's Day with his little girl. We spent a nice day together as a family, complete with relaxing, shopping and dinner out. We are so thankful for Jeremy! He is such a great daddy to little Kensley! Here is a brief photo shoot of Jeremy and Kens on Father's Day. This little girl LOVES her daddy!
