Hard to believe that another year has come and gone. Last week we celebrated Jeremy's 30-something birthday. In true fashion, we spread out the birthday celebration throughout the week.
Tuesday, Jeremy's parents brought in dinner for us and we all had a mini celebration here. On Jeremy's actual birthday (Thursday), we celebrated with our family at home. With the help of Grammy, Kensley decorated the house with balloons and streamers during the day. She helped me bake and decorate a cake for daddy. We had a quiet evening at home with Chinese, birthday cake and presents. Daddy even got to go to the driving range after the girls were in bed. My parents came down this past weekend to watch the girls and help us with some house stuff. They babysat on Saturday night and we had a date night out to Sullivan's.

Birthdays are definitely different than they used to be, but they are so fun now as the girls are getting older and more involved. Kens loved making daddy a birthday card, helping with the cake, singing to him and helping open his presents. It was so fun to see her excitement and catch on to what was going on (she even picked out a "party hat" for daddy and wanted him to wear it throughout the night!).
| So proud of her decorations and setting the table. This girl loves a good party. |

| Opening presents on our new patio (more pictures to come soon). |
Happy Birthday, Daddy! We love you!
