So Jeremy and I took our first "kid free" vacation in over 5.5 years. This is the first time we have both been away from all three girls for an extended period of time. We left super early on Wednesday, October 22 and then came back late on Sunday, October 26. We stayed at the Valentin Imperial Maya in the Riviera Maya (Cancun area).
We had a great time relaxing, laying by the pool, eating hot meals, reading and sleeping. The girls seemed to have an equally great time as they spent time with both sets of grandparents (and their cousins!).
We were ready to come back to the comforts of home (ie: our bed, American food and of course the girls). Pictures were at a minimum for us and actually the only one we took together was on the airplane down!
